New box using up waste timber.

Preparing for a new box but decided I have got to clear up some of the offcut timber lying around.

Some of the pieces are a bit small so having to dress timber by using hand tools. !

Spent the day making up a jig for the tablesaw so that when cutting these strips down to around 7 or 10 mm I dont get myself in a sweat because my fingers or push stick are a a bit close the the blade.

Brought indoors to set the glue. (If that left hand bearer is not square it is only screwed in position so will correct at a later date)

Put up another picture tomorrow when fitted to tablesaw to show operation.

By the way Woody, there is no such animal as 'waste timber'. :lol:
