Very nice Mike. How are the doors constructed?

Wizer,
The doors are made from an 18mmt redwood, and as I was in a rush I used pre planed from Wicks, and the infill is 6mm ply.
The quickest way I have found to manufacture a door for this application is to use the router table and a 6.4mm straight cutter positioned centrally, and stop the cut at the width of the frame.
The frame is then biscuit jointed.
I used z hinges, which I have not used before and I will used them again, they are super for a lightweight door...these are the ones that don't need rebating and sort of wrap round the door and frame.
The top is 20mm MDF edged, but not glued, only screwed so that I can easily change it when it gets bunged up with glue etc.

I'ts taken me all week to sort out how to put photos on the site. but finally managed after reading all the help threads on the forum......so I may post some more so you can see what i have been making.
Not being a computer expert I will probably forget how to do it when I make something else..must be old age!!!!
