Hi
can anyone tell me a good supplier for nails for the dewalt framing nailer Please?

ThanksMike

Give SpotNails a bell. They can supply most types of fasteners for pneumatic guns and do mail order.

Resurrecting this thread as Spotnails no longer supply plastic collated nails for the dewalt framing nailer.

I know Toolstation supply them but wondered if there was a cheaper supplier?

It's for the D51845 framing nailer

I recently founf d the same problem. Found a company called Davro who weren't too bad on price.

Note the equivalence list (for reference):

Atro RH21, BeA R20, Bostich Stanley RH21, Duo-Fast SL, Fasco RHN20, Haubold RB, Hitachi NR A, ITW Paslode S RH, Kihlberg 89, Max SN RH, Nikema RN , Porter Cable FR, Prebena RK, Senco SN FRH, Spotnails RHN 20-22

63mm for fencing laths, 70mm for 2in stock (such as 2 x 2s for floor studding, stud walls, general fencing work, etc), 90mm for 3in stock. I normally only have the two larger sizes and I tend to use annular as they don't pull out as much. For severe weather environments you can get hot dipped galvanised which last much longer, but cost a lot more. I know that 2 to 3 pence a pop for nails seems expensive, but it really speeds the job up over hand nailing.

Some people would be amazed at how fast you can get a stud wall in with a nailer, a compressor, a chop saw and a screw gun (and I recently borrowed a Senco Duraspin and was really impressed......)
