I have the above lathe, has anyone re-milled the spindle from the present 1 1/8 x 12 to 1" X 8 TPI ?
I also currently own the Axminster with numerous chucks which I would like to be able to use on the Mystro which is fitted with a electronic variable speed facility. I have checked with vernier and there appears to be sufficient thickness of metal for it to be done.
