The glass in the doors wont help, single glazing has a u value of almost 5.0 compared to current buildings regs of around 1.6.If the orangery / glazed extension was done recently and is open to the house it should have been done under building regs and assuming it would count as an extensio with escess glazing would require a SAPS test.
