MFT table top

So I have a few days spare coming up for the CNC router, and was wondering if there would be any interest in either an 8 x 4 or 10 x 5 sheet of MFT MDF routed out to form one big sheet of MFT then you could cut to what ever size you required. I know several people have wanted to make there own but its tricky to get the holes drilled perfectly accurately. Just trying to gauge the interest people would have in this.

Now I know how I would price this commercially, but that might make it slightly unaffordable so I was wondering what sort of price people would be prepared to pay for a sheet of 18mm MR MDF made to look like a giant piece of Swiss cheese!

What we're talking about here is using just the drilled top, with a Festool TS55 track saw ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b6GIMlrK7lw ( other track saws are available )

It is a bench top full of holes, but not just any old holes, these are precision placed at set intervals which turns it into a wonder bench. Just google 'festool MFT'

With the £40 for postage on top of the cost for the sheet and manufacture, the price would be a bit steep for me. Could you get cheaper postage if you cut the sheet in half so it could be hinged in the middle?

One of the problems with that would be, the potential loss of accuracy between the holes at either side of the join.

Hi, I would be interested and could collect. Any chance of splitting the sheet into 2 x 2ft by 8ft though as manhandling an 8 by 4 off my roof rack and into the workshop would be a bit of a struggle for me on my own (would be happy to pay a bit extra for it to be cut).

I thought £40 delivery was pretty reasonable, considering it's 8'x4' and weighs around 40Kg. I imagine the OP would be happy for anyone to make our own arrangements for delivery if we prefer??

I'd be interested to hear what the 'proper' commercial rate for something like this would be? I'd also be interested in an 8x4 (or two) though it would be dependent on price.
