And to everyone else. Thank you for the help and advice you have given me. Especially those who took part in my "Giving up the Weed" thread https://www.ukworkshop.co.uk/forums/view ... sc&start=0 I know that many people may doubt that a few messages on the net can help you give up smoking, but I can assure you that in my case anyway, it did, because every time I thought of having a *** I felt that if I did I would not only be letting my family and myself down, but also those who supported me on the thread. Silly? Maybe but its true.

By the way for those of you that are thinking about giving it up, maybe the money will be a good insentive. I have saved roughly £490 already. \/

Well done Mike. I stopped over 20 years ago and to this day it helps give me confidence in myself...sort of 'if I can stop smoking I can do anything' attitude. Keep it up.
