A customer wants three doors put on a garden storage unit, and didn’t know if he wanted smart or truly ‘pallet wood’ rustic.
As I had a bit of down time, I made him this shaker style door
And then cut some pallet wood to length and went to biscuit joint the lengths together.
My mistake was I was using no. 20 biscuits but forgot to check the machine settings, so cut no. 10 holes.
The result was this perfectly spaced open door look, which he loved and commissioned!
I won’t be using this actual door, it was more to give him an idea, but no.20 biscuits in a no.10 hole is a new one on me!
