Well he just generally says forcefully all the things he will not do, rather than promoting his product and his service. Then he has some rant about being blackmailed with negative feedback.

i agree it's a bit agressive. But after selling on eBay for more than 8yrs I can see where he is coming from. Buyers are as much of a problem as sellers on eBay. You wouldn't believe the hassle i've had from buyers. At least you know where you are with him.

I'm sure a few buyers can be a pain. But I don't spend all my time ranting to potential customers about previous bad customers. I save my ranting for SWMBO. :roll:

Hmmm....... Since he is clearly running a business I suspect the bit about "no return policy under any circumstances" might actually be illegal under the distance selling law. Maybe EBay is a loophole, but aren't internet mail order places required by law to give you a period when you can return items?
