I have sold quite a few to people on here and the other side.

are the current blades plain knives without slots??
what size are your current blades?

I'm interested in this too. My blades are 260 double sided on my thicknesser and 150mm single sided for my planer. Neither have grooves. How much would this be?

Upon checking my blades i think i'm out of luck. Mine measure 310 x 25 x, and from what i've gathered so far is that you need at least 30 mm.

I think in the long run price evens out between traditional and the barke system. With the time you save installing and if you outsource traditional ones for sharpening you'll get pretty close.

And the time you have to spend resetting new blades every time? That is a chore I can well do without. That is another benefit of the barke system.

I "think" the system will still work with 25 mm knives.
measure the distance from the bottom of the seating to the outer edge of the block where the knife sits.
