He spends half of his time in Africa (where he is the African Norm Abraham (TV show)), he purposely doesn't answer his email when he is away, and he does not publicise his email too much as he find people only want free advice.

I have done 3 courses with Mike and had noticed too his web was down, so maybe he has emigrated back to South Africa permanently (he was thinking about ti last time I was with him)
