If screen is blue it means that they are out of range - happens every orbit - stick with it for a few minutes.

Also ISS is visible tonight Friday @ 21.22hrs for 7 minutes and 23.00hrs for 5 mins both starting in the West

Might see the video as they pass overhead.

Brian

PS Currently doing a space walk
PPS A darker screen means they are working out of sunlight - for about 30 mins.each orbit.

Wow thanks Brian.

Graham,

Shame that they have lost the outside video and we have the Russian Control centre showing - hopefuly get it back soon.
I saw the last part of the visible pass, remarkable to think that there were two working on a space walk as it travelled overhead at 17,500 mph

It's all incredible Brian. Just watching the spacewalk now via one of the guys helmet cam 22.40

Graham,

I think this Ustream channel stays open after the space walk to show inside the ISS during working hours and then views of Earth outside ISS working hours.

Have you noticed that the Earth is blue but space is black ie there is no light in space. I always find that difficult when all we see from Earth is blue. see hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/atmos/blusky.html‎ for why it is blue
