Does anyone know a site that produces a recent list of houses sold ?
I'm wanting to target customers that have moved into a property within the last three months, but all the lists I've found are months out of date . I don't mind paying for up to date data .

http://www.mouseprice.com/

I get free monthly emails (quarterly if activity is low).

They only use the land registry, so you know what things actually sold for, not what the Estate Agents claim. You need to pay for the detail, but TBH, use of Google Street View and satellite imagery is usually sufficient to see what properties are like.

[later] Read your message again: Land Registry entries are likely to lag actual sales by several months (no data on this - I just get that feeling, as sales in our road take a while to show up). You might be reduced to either going round looking for boards or working with local estate agents (who will want dosh, obviously). They won't give you their data--it's illegal under the DPA--but they might put flyers from you into 'welcome packs', etc.

Research you do yourself, e.g. looking for For Sale boards or getting property adverts sent to you, is not illegal, but the whole thing is a bit of a minefield so be VERY careful how you store and use any data you glean, especially anything with names tied to addresses.

no idea but when i redirected with the post office the amount of ***** through the letterbox that was VERY targeted rose as did spam phone calls.

so imagine a barrage of sofa/carpet companies, places selling kitchens and bathrooms/etc.

+1 for rightmove and click on 'sold' (apparently). SWMBO knows everything you'll ever need to know about the property market
