Leigh or Trend MT Jig

I am looking to but an M&T Jig, and have been looking at both Leigh and Trend. There is a wide difference in cost. Are there any major differences in use that I should take into account please?

The Trend is the same as the Akeda

I think it is probably only the carving that keeps senility at bay actually

I think if you saw them side by side it would be pretty clear. They are worlds apart and this is reflected in the price. Without banging on about the sheer quality of the Leigh, its probably better if you can do a face to face comparison.

Thanks Tim, I am hoping to do that at Stoneleigh in two weeks. I have the Leigh Dovetail jig, but the price of the M&T is quite substantial. As you pointed out, you get what you pay for!

and in this instance, I do think its worth it.
