Wondered where you had been of late, and noticed your blog had gone.
Hope you are feeling more positive,as I'm sure I'm not alone in admiring your work, and the craftsmanship involved.
Congratulations on the gallery =D>

Great selection of work, particularly like the oak hollow form :D - oak is just a beautiful timber, and the piece has an elegant simplicity that shows it off really well.

Andrew

George,

Your work continues to inspire and is a joy to see the finished forms and how you go about things.

Glad you're back.

All the best, Paul :D

Absolutely all beautiful pieces George :D
I can't pick one that would be my favourite
Great news on the gallery front which i hope will be a great sucess
Keep em coming.
Edit-:Cracking photos too George :D

Glad you have go your head above water again George, the gallery interest is great news, your work certainly deserves it.

As usual excellent work George. Good news about the gallery. I'm wondering whether galleries are finally beginning to accept 'wooden things' as worthy of exhibition or sale.

Brilliant work George,
Truly inspirational. I particulaly like the ebonising, you'll have to describe exactly how you do that one of these days.
The very best of luck with the gallery. =D>=D>=D>=D>

I'm not a turner, George (well, other than a couple of screwdrivers :) ), but I really like your stuff. As Chisel said, quite inspirational.

Cheers

Paul

That first ebonised piece at the begining of your post with the carved top is surely something to be proud of George 8). A fat 1/16" .

Cheers JT

Can't say no more George, it's all been said. I do like the flow of your forms, top work.

Hope you are back to your old self again George. I saw from the start that you have an exceptional talent at woodturning. You only have to see your work to understand this. I do not know you except from the contact in the forum, but i look to you and your work for inspiration. I always looked out for your posts, keen to see what you had created. And i was never disappointed, i look at your turning with a certain amount of envy, in a good way. Missed your input to the forum, welcome back.
Keep up the tutorials please.

Welcome back, George, and congratulations on the good news about the gallery.
Your work is always an inspiration to me, and I appreciate the work you put in to your photo tutorials to help us lesser mortals to learn.
Let's hope you are back to your good self, and can expect to see loads more of your work on the forum.

All the best,

Malc :D

Superb work by a superb fella.

Place isn't the same when you're not around. :D
( and that would be true for all contributors too... like nearly all aspects of life.. 'People' are what matters - and for me, true 'wealth' is the esteem in which others hold you ).

Absolutely delighted to see you back, George.
