Large log finishing

Any advice as how i can even these large logs slices (ie smooth them and even up the thicknesses) without a full blown workshop and kit ? For table tops for instance.
 
How old/dry are they? They are likely to split so be warned before you put many hours in.
 
Macros, felled late 2020, yes agreed they will split fancied trying to make some features with them..
 
As others have said they are more than likely going to split. If you do still want to try then best bet is let them dry out for a few years as they are under cover. If any dry without splitting then perhaps you have a bit more chance at success. Wood cut across the grain like that has very little strength so rather than trim them all down like the thinnest your better chance will be the thicker two.
