Well I think I have found the solution finally - 12-15mm thick Plywood offcuts , found a few places nearby that sell them for around £2 per m2

Sweep the floor clean, prime with 50/50 unibond and water and use the best which is called Ardit floor leveller, Or easiest, get one of these from Wickes, below
It IS a floor leveler, and it DOES level floors, just follow the directions on the bag.

Still not suitable for finished floor, requires final floor covering on top.

not in UK anymore.. guess how much decent floor leveling compound costs here?
£4 for a 25kg bag!

I will be going with the plywood offcuts to cover the floor, seems like the easiest/fastest/cheapest option out of all which should give the best result for what I need.

Thanks everyone for ideas.

Doesn't work Rodders.

Great for leveling under other coverings but not as a finished floor in a workshop environment. It's brittle like plaster finish and if you drop, drag anything across it it will damage. The OP wants to park a car on it and I guarantee that it will crack and lift under the wheels pretty quickly.

Lons and Wuffles,
I didn't say it was a final wearing finish, Just emphasizing That it IS a floor leveler, and it DOES LEVEL FLOORS,
And to Just follow the directions on the bag.
As you say It most certainly isn't a wearing finish, It's for use under vinyls or carpet etc, and not good for direct foot traffic etc.

Ok, but that had been covered a number of posts previously.
