Laminate from b and q

Fitted this for a friend and wished I hadn’t bothered as the flooring was warped as per photos. I’ve never seen this before even with the cheaper laminate flooring. It was stored flat at customers house in the garage. Wondering if it was faulty from day one as customer had it on clearance. After a hour or so of cussing and cursing managed to get the first 3 rows done -the rest went a bit easier but had to fight with it all day

Would it have been better to store it, where it was to be used?

I agree but customer didn’t listen to advice, I didn’t see flooring until i arrived this morning-nevertheless it’s a good point and I’ll remember for next time
