Knockdown Nicholson Workbench

Hi everyone,

I am thinking in building my own version of the Knowckdown Nicholson Workbench proposed by Chris Schwarz (https://blog.lostartpress.com/2014/09/1 ... workbench/). However, I cannot seem to find the hardware he uses to attaches the pieces together. He calls them
Ductile mounting plates for 3/8” x 16 threaded rod. You need 16. Available from McMaster-Carr.

Does anyone know what they are called in the UK and where I can get something similar?
