SwfVpYoIcPI think the wheel will come off with a bit of gentle persuasion once the clip is removed.The tyre can be changed in situ, no need to remove the wheel. If the wheel makes a grinding or clicking noise when it spins by hand, replace both bearings. A really simple job that is unlikely to need anything more than a hammer, a couple pieces of wood, and a flat workbench.
