A long shot here, but...
I have an old Elektra Beckum flip saw, KGT 500, and the dust extraction is practically non-existent. There's a take off on the blade guard, and that's it. I've been trying to find pictures of the EB solution, but no luck. Any forum members have such a thing?

Hi John, it was never the best for extraction as it was designed primarily as a 'site saw' - but I always loved the over-engineering in that saw - lovely cantilever action on the chop.

Extraction on the chop was by way of a shroud under the table. part #105

Extraction on the rip was just by way of the crown guard if I remember rightly after all these years..

There is a parts list on-line if that helps you double check you have all the parts.

If extraction is an issue on the rip, I think that's just the way it was designed, I don't think there is a way for a shroud to be fitted around the motor when it is underneath.

Hope that helps,
Cheers,
Nick (Ex Elektra Beckum)
