was the wood pre-planed or did you do that?

Sorry no pics of the process. I have attached a couple of photos of my 8’x6’ workshop/shed. You can see the box. I usually have saws and things hanging on the wall in front of the workbench, and marking tools on the shelf. I’ve removed nearly all my tools here because I was going away for a couple of weeks and like to store things more securely.
I have a small clamp on vice which is really useful, but most of the time I use speed clamps to secure against the bench. The bench is designed specifically for this approach.

The wood was roughly sawn and I planed it to thickness.
