Jet mini lathe JML 1014/ Disc sander accessory

Does anyone know if it is possible to buy a disc sanding accessory for this mini lathe?

Any help and wisdom here would be very helpful.

Hi Esc
depends on what you intend... Robert Sorby do a sharpening sytem (discs, platform etc) which might do what you need...

have a look around the turning sites (some links on me website) you may find destructions for making your own...

I will study chas's set up and ponder further. I had rather hoped I could throw my funds into a mini lathe instead of a sander. Trying to kill two birds with one stone.
