Hello dear members, here a short introduction of a new member from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Why a member from the continent? Working with a Wadkin 10 AGS is a huge improvement after building a shed in the North of Holland with a German Sheppach table saw. I don’t want to start a discussion about German versus British built quality but I can tell you all that I am very happy with my Wadkin 10 AGS machine. Actually I am working in film and video and theatre light design but at the same time keen on woodworking. (A obviously perfect combination) Main project now is building a wooden plate camera.
And main reason of becoming a member is getting in contact with other Wadkin users.

Hi and welcome, you’re definitely in the right camp for advice on machine restoration. I’m not experienced with this machine but it’s recognised as a quality machine by many members here .
