I really like them although I'm not sure exactly what you would do with them, they wouldn't go in most peoples houses. Garden furniture maybe?

perhaps I have no style but I think these things are hideous! But hey ... what do I know!

Must admit Sam, they don't do a lot for me either, but I do like the "outside the box" thinking and they are certainly different.

God help me - I love 'em. When I look closely at the edges etc I think it is hideous, but viewed as the sum of its parts I think it is visually stunning.

Quite cool, but ugly at the same time. Like the way the you can see the trunk when the stool is stored on the bench, but that's about it :)

I love them too - especially the bleed through in cracks, and the rough edges casting on the legs - I think in the age of machine made "pristine" things, these are a welcome change :)

I would definitely buy them if I had the money.

Not for me either. Wood and stainless or bronze work well together but I just don't find the combination of wood and aluminium sympathetic. I had a mooch around David Linley's showroom a few years ago and there was lots of stuff with hideous aluminium stringing.
