That is a peeve of mine. If I’m searching for Specialized I don’t want to wade through listings for Boardman. No thicknesser, just a surface planer, but pretty damn good I believe.
He's probably listed it thicknesser too as it brings in more views. I use the same thing on my bike sales. The actual company name/model but also equivalent manufacturers.
Nothing wrong with boardman! That is a peeve of mine. If I’m searching for Specialized I don’t want to wade through listings for Boardman.
I wasn’t picking on Boardman. It was just the second brand that came to mind, well third I couldn’t spell Pinerelo or what ever it is.Naw, Boardman's ok, its pretty good spec for the money. Better than Spesh if you ask me.
Which model is it you have ?. Fraid im only clued up on MTB's, the drop bars are part of the dark arts far as im concerned I've owned 2 spesh, a rockhopper and a stumpjumper. Both 1997, both built up from scratch in restoration projects. It was one of the better companies from bitd.I wasn’t picking on Boardman. FWIW I love my Specialized.
Pride and joy is a Roubaix road bike. I also have a very nice Stumpjumper from the early 90’s, upgraded with current generation XT a couple of years ago. I say have but it has actually been commandeered by one of the daughters. I also had a Rockhopper that was a family bike, again commandeered by another daughter.Which model is it you have ?. which model . Sport , expert ?Pride and joy is a Roubaix road bike.
My Roubaix is the Expert with Ultegra Di2 and upgraded Zip303 carbon wheels with ceramic bearings. It’s calliper brakes and the only thing I would change. Alas the disk version was released a few months after I bought mine.So you've been a specialized owner for a while then. Good choice. A few of our riding group had the M4 stumpys. That would be about 2000ish.

You weren't allowed to do that in the early years of ebay.No thicknesser, just a surface planer, but pretty damn good I believe.

Just put a minus sign infront of what you want to 'not see' in the search, -Boardman, and they wont show in the results. That is a peeve of mine. If I’m searching for Specialized I don’t want to wade through listings for Boardman.
Does that still work on eBay? I know Amazon disabled it explicitly “to offer you more choices”Just put a minus sign infront of what you want to 'not see' in the search, -Boardman, and they wont show in the results.
