Terrifyingly, that clip is nearly 25 years old - first broadcast in April 1999 - Series 1, episode 9 - "The Knack".

Used to love Dilbert when I was doing serious engineering stuff. Regrettably, Scot Adams has turned out to have some unpleasant views and many news outlets stopped carrying Dilbert in Feb this year after Adams posted a video containing a racist diatribe.
