Hi,Just a quick message to say please check if you're renewing home insurance; ours is due and it's a good job I checked because the new terms excluded cover for our rear extension flat roof?[ATTACH=full]100438[/ATTACH]Yes it's clearly stated none of the roof is flat but had I just renewed without checking then had to put in a claim for storm damage to our roof I wonder what would have happened.I went onto a comparison site because this really bugged me and armed with details of best policies I phoned LV; the nice lady at LV told me not to worry they had made a mistake and our entire roof was fully covered so I relaxed and will renew with LV .Kind regards, Colin.
