Hinges for thin stock boxes

I am currently going through making the boxes on Andrew's Crawford book "Book of Boxes: Design and Construction: The Complete Practical Guide to Design and Construction".

However the 4th box on the book uses a Piano hinge on 6mm box walls but I can't find anything that small anywhere. Does anywhere know where I could get hardware that would work in such thin stock?

This looks perfect but they don't seem to list the width. Do you remember how wide they are?
