Hi all a quick tour of my workshop aka Garage!
ill update this when i get home! Im Home
Ok, started out doing a Bruce Luckhurst Furniture course for 1 week, (2007 I think!)
got an appreciation for hand tools and sharpening methods (best thing I learnt really) otherwise I may still have been hacking away at some chipboard with B & SQ tools..hmmm!
More recently the missus - aka SWMBO is getting a bit fed up with my
lack of progress ie no Bedroom furniture, no Bathroom furniture etcr so Ive bought a biscuit jointer(bl**dy good too for £59 on ebay - a trend clone whassiname cant remember!)
Its really handy for speeding up the process and now i have a nice table in the lounge (not the first i might add!) all made from kitchen work surface from the neighbour - would have been scrap!
Saves me from turning perfectly good oak into sawdust (yes I have done it in the early days)
Now I can experiment without too much concern lol!
Plus a table ive recently done!
