I should of checked my email before last night's post, but it doesn't get any better! I've had a reply from henger which reads , you are looking for a hexscrew, we don't well them separately they come with the blade clamp , the photo is exactly what you have ordered !! Okay I should of enlarged the photo on my phone , but if your ordering spare screws to fit the blade clamp surely they should be the same? It's like BMW saying we don't sell one wheel but you've got to buy a wheel with all five wheel nuts!!If that's the case why do they show it as a separate screw on their exploded diagram, and you get two spare screws with the machine!And they want me to send them a picture of exactly what I want !At over £16 + vat it's starting to grate plus £7.50 p&pThe only thing I can try is German part of the company!!
