Frankly, that's just rude mate, - I mean seriously? "this is my first time entering a competition with any of my work" and he sticks that little belter under your nose! Some people.....

Where's all the wonky stuff, with poor fitting joints and orange peel varnish?

I jest of course although if I'm being REALLY REALLY picky, you can see a few spots where the blade wobbled a bit, which makes me feel slightly better :)

Hi
Graham,

Hope
you're well!

I
have a proposition for you regarding the Cut Above Awards website. We have been looking at way to extent the website so that people can have a go at some of the amazing projects that have been sent in and ideally we'd like you to provide a rough instructional
guide, this could be video or text etc. that we can then put into a suitable format for the website that people can use to have a go. The jewellery box is definitely a special piece and if you have any other project that you're undergoing now or in the future
we’d love you to give a guide on that!

If
this is something you would be interested in I can give you further details.

We'd
love to work with you on this.

Kind
Regards

Jack

I had a letter like this a few years ago. Apparently, something I had written was going to be published in a top-line publication, The bottom line was, it would cost me £2,000 .. I am not saying this is the same thing, but the tone of the letter is very similar.
