I've been woodworking as a hobbyist for a year ish. I have a tiny workshop in my loft. Got a decent job site table saw, a thicknesser, router and a lovely old Record No5 Jack Plane which is older than me and in much better condition! Until recently I've mainly been learning how to make small boxes using scavenged wood but, I've just taken the plunge and started buying nicer wood. Once the missis has gone to bed and can't catch me on Amazon looking at tool porn I'm going to order a router inlay kit and a plunge base for my trim router.
Here's a small selection of my just about presentable efforts.
I look forward to plaguing you with questions.
Cheers,
Rik

Hi and welcome- sorry have to say I disagree with ( just about presentable ) your work is good and looks very well made . Hope your woodworking goes from strength to strength.. 👍👍
Thank you. There are minor flaws that don't show in the photos but I'm fairly pleased so far.

Your boxes look very smart.

A router table is quite a useful thing to have if boxes are your thing.
Yeah, I have an insert plate with a rudimentary fence in my bench but, I'm working on a better dedicated table with a few more features.
