Joined as I’m looking for advice from time to time, nothing at the moment, but my “workshop” is ever increasing. Hoping to input from time to time as well.
Leroy Somer 8” and 6” bench grinders, and now a Boxford Union PD8 (think that’s the model). It’s from around 1973, as the bearings are pre SKF. Been overhauling it, I’ll start a thread on that, but I’m terrible at photos (I always forget to take them).
More mechanic than carpenter, and my skill set shows this, as well as my tools.
Anyway, hope to be of help at some point and enjoy the threads!
