I really wanted to go in to why this is total bull *****, but couldn't bring myself to being that guy again (I've done it to many times recently).

yes it's bull crap, helium isn't really soluble in water, it can be used much like nitrogen as a inerting and pressurising gas for kegs, it makes for a nice creamy (but flat) beer, nut why waste rather expensive helium when nitrogen will do (Guinness do this).
you will not get a high pitch voice from it.


still a funny video though, and well done to them for doing such a good job of it.

It did seem counter-intuitive that drinking something would affect your voice, how does it get into your lungs? and the high voice did seem out of sync to the video.

It's clearly stated in the youtube blurb accompanying the vid that it's a 'performance' for April fool's day, but it still made my eyes run with mirth.
