Yes its going to be a great few days and from what young Mr Lucas has told me there may be a few more Big names visiting. And it's only 1.1/2mls up the road. Woe is me!!

The IWG site only posted the info yesterday - yet the reservation forms have block bookings by a couple of Chapters !! how the ??

Im down in Kerry for two weeks start of May so wont be able to make it - but im sure Boysie will have his Camera Skills up and running by then !!! ;-)

If not ill see if i can get some pics from the Chapters that are attending and post them up.

Ahem!!! Had a phone call from Glenn Lucas to day. The format for the week is 2 three day classes and some demo's. The classes are almost filled only a few places left. The demos have some more places available so anyone wishing to book should contact,Glenn at his web site listed in the IWG Web site..
A little Info Richard has not been here in over 25yrs. and at 65 is still as
energetic as when he started, he will be signing his new book as well as having his DVDs and tools for sale. This is organised by Glenn and he has many world renowned turners booked over the next 18mnts.

Hiya all, I have come to the conclusion that I am never going to be a geek??. I have two emails one with a video from youtube, and the other of Pictures of a woodturners work shop.
In my little part of Ireland I have to use the Mobile Phone plug in modem and downloading or viewing a video is almost impossible {for me tat is} Also I learned to transfer photo's and messages from my phone to others .But this infernel machine has me baffled. Even though Tam, Chas, Blister. And others whom have helped me I'm afraid it's no go.
So I'm going to try and barter some Leaning tower of Pisa lamps(they were'nt ment to be like so) for some lessons.If I can see it being done I should be all right. So some nice pictures of Glenn Lucas's workshop and some Info when I can batter sorry" Barter" your man into submission. Dont hold your breaths i'm not as agaile as I used to be REgards Boysie.
