Has this blade any other uses

I was given a saw blade some time ago and forgot about it till recently its a 250mm dia 80 tooth tungsten carbide it has on it UPVC Window and the teeth are as photo alternate and neg rake can it be used for cutting wood ?

Do you mean it has UPVC window written on it? I think with the strange configuration of the teeth it’s probably for cutting plastic?

When drilling plastics, particularly brittle ones, it is recommended to just touch the cutting edge of the drill to the grindstone to make the drill have a scraping action rather than a cutting action. It would appear that your saw blade is for cutting UPVC in much the same way.

Yes you can cut wood with it, the teeth are shaped to ensure that you get a square flat bottom to any dado/trench/rebate that you cut.
