Placed an order for pen making parts yesterday AT 4.30pm.
Arrived royal mail next morning 10.30am.

they are definitely doing their best to please ukworkshop forum members.

Thats good DW - but I find them hit and miss - sometimes it's next day, sometimes it's not - UKW member or not! In fact if I really want next day delivery I've taken to paying for the higher cost option - which they still make clear doesn't guarantee next day (but always has been for me). Delivery charges suck - I wish Axminster had something like Amazon Prime with next day delivery on any priced item for a fixed fee every year (although cheaper than Amazon's!!)

DW I always seem to get next day delivery from them as well, that'll change now I've said it out loud. Might it be something to do with living about half an hours drive away?

i have not done anything to say on the account or what ever that im on ukw did not know there was.

and always pick free. long as it has been before 5 i think i have always had it next day. but i am not always in a big rush to get it anyway

There is no relation between Axminster and this forum. They have a standard level of service for all customers as far as I'm aware which is "good" - as in the service level is good, not the fact that it's a standard, which is also good.
