Hi All,
Just bought a cheapie brass mallet from EBay shop Workshop Heaven, paid via PP and when it hadn't arrived after a few days emailed Matthew the proprietor. Got a reply straight away and he was sending me another one.
Then found that the postie had put the first with a neighbour who had then gone on holiday!
By this time the second was on its way so told Matthew I would have it anyway. When it arrived the handle had a crack so mailed Matthew to winge.
My email could not have been there 5 minutes before I get a full PP credit and followup email.
Great service indeed.
