Hello, I am coming to the end of a kitchen build, (posts and pics to come too) and am looking at glueing the ends on the laminate.

Any idea on what the best glue to use is?| I have some Evo Stick Solvent contact adhesive, but want to make sure I do this only once.

Given I have a huge trend router too I am a bit concerned as to how to trim the ends too, any ideas?

Cheers in advance. G

Contact adhesive will be perfect.

Straight edge and several passes of increasing depth to trim the worktop or use a worktop jig if you have one of adequate size.

To trim the laminate after glue up I tend to trim it close with a jnr hacksaw around the postform and block plane the top and bottom then flush it off with a 2nd cut smooth file and a swipe of 240 grit on an mdf block.
HTH Rob.
