Good General Ironmongery supplier online? Help!

Hi,

I have progressed to the next level of my project and am now needing to source a LARGE range of Ironmongery products (Mainly Kirkpatrick door knobs and furniture) I am keen to order online as its hard to get to a physical store and find time etc.

My question is where would people recomend? I have looked aorund and Ironmongery direct seem OK but they sont have all the stock Im looking for available. Has anyone used Ironmongeryforyou? They seem fairly new (werent around last year when I started to project) good prices,stock etc. Just wanted any feedback.

I know I will get free shipping as the order will be around £600ish so just want to make sure I choose the most reputable place really!

Ebay any good?

Unfortunate that Ironmongery Direct hasn't all you need - they are extremely efficient. Subscribe on line and you'll get their advertising and discount codes - up to 30% is worthwhile. Sorry I can't help with the other one.

SDS London have a good range but not always the cheapest. I've only used them twice - in their shop and once online; service good in both instances.

You could try Quest, they will be able to source the whole kirkpatrick range. I would order in plenty of tome as my experience with kirkpatrock is that they dont necessarily have the whole of their catalogue in stock and some items may be on a long lead time if you have to wait for the next batch to be made.

I would be tempted to work out your full order using the kirk part numbers and phone a supplier, if you search the internet you might spend a long time trying to find somebody that lists the whole range.

If you struggle to get what you want quickly, try the ludlow foundaries range, part of carlisle brass group and available next day. Again buy through a supplier.
