My wife asked me if I could make a new garden bench to replace the previous one, which had "died" of old age. Here is a picture of the finished article just after I'd given it its 2nd coat of Barrettine Golden Brown wood preservative

. It looks rather lonely so I'm in the process of building a 2x4 coffee table to join it.
 
I need some new outdoor furniture - will you be offended if I shamelessly copy that? It should happen some time in 2027, if you need to involve copyright lawyers.
 
I'm a big fan of the Barrettine light brown myself, but find it doesn't stay put as well as I would like. Will that be the finish or do you plan another coat of something?
