Furniture restoration pricing

I have been asked to replace some drawer runners and slips on a chest kf antique drawers. This is my first commercial work and I just wondered what and how to structure the pricing?

Also ask them what their budget is for the restoration , if it seems unreasonable tell them. But T and M as HOJ said. Otherwise your paying them to do the work.
