I am trying to de-clutter - I know it won't happen, but maybe some stuff will go.
To this end, I have a load of green walnut that I just know I'm never going to get round to using, so if anyone is near Stamford any time, you're welcome to pop in and pick up a boot load before it goes to someone who has a wood burner. There's about 8 to 10 good sized boot loads.
It was felled in October.

btw bodrighy I dont mind picking some up for you at the same time if you can manage to pick it up from me or arrange an RV - I'm in the chilterns but my job regularly takes me to both glos and wilts which isnt a million miles from zummersetshire

Thanks for the offer Moose but as I am moving even further away bake home to the Lizard in August I think SWMBO would be going alone if I stock up on any more stuff at the moment. She's already pointedly asking whether I need things (Funny how 25 bales of material are essential but logs of wood aren't :?

seriously though as a fellow biker (ex after some prat totalled my harley-and nearly me- with a transit van a couple of year back) and craftsman type person, I can associate with your bllxness, and I'd be happy to detour (my job does frequently take me to surrey) and drop some off to you blister.
