More stuff coming out this weekend...this is the last of my spokeshaves...and this time a REAL gem that I am reluctant to sell but I am still on my saving kick!

This is one of the old originals of the very best maker...PRESTON and Sons Birmingham.

There are very few of these left complete with original iron and most of the Japanning:

The engraving is superb....they don't make them this way anymore.

It is indeed a beautiful thing to use. I was straightening up some dodgy jigsawn 40mm curved ak chair legs yesterday.
