Fluorescent tube - strange size ?

I need a new fluorescent tube ... but I can't find the size in Wickes or Homebase, and it's not a size I can find listed on-line ... it is about 28" (718mm) long and 25mm diameter. It is for a fitting mounted under our kitchen wall cupboard (kitchen fitted by B&Q about 9 years ago).

Any ideas ?

Another forum member recommended TLC-Direct to me a while ago. They may have a branch near you and, they also do local deliver on fragile items like this for a small charge. I found their service to be excellent.
