Firefox bookmarks

Can someone please tell me how I can send a folder of bookmarks to someone by email. I can't find the actual bookmark folders except in the bookmark manager window (where they seem to carry no info or be un pastable).

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\bookmarks - html file

Maybe have to show hidden folders to view the application data subfolder

Go to Bookmarks | Organise Bookmarks... to open bookmarks manager.

Then,

File | Export and save it wherever you like.

Is it possible to just send one folder of bookmarks rather than every bookmark I have?

Both options cited include all bookmarks.
