I've started filing one of those screwdrivers that are made for taking planes apart so that I can use it for split nuts on my saws. Everything's going fine except my widest needle file is a bit too narrow at around 3 mm. It looks like I need a 4 mm diameter file to finish the job off but my research so far has not turned one up. Does anybody know of a manufacturer or dealer who would have such a size in stock?

I just used a round file to make a semi-circle, then pushed left/right to widen it "enough". This also means you don't have stress concentrating corners.
