FESTOOL MFT TABLE question ?

Anyone know if you can join 2 of these tables together to gain a larger working area ?

Yes, you can!

There is a connector system that Festool make that allows two MFT tables to be bolted together.
It fits between the side extrusions and is for this specific purpose.

OK, your choice.
Mine, for joining two Festool tracks, looks just like that.
I don't see how a small Ali bar can join an MDF table some 3/4" thick?

This shows them in use, joining rails.

Hi Dave,

The bars do look similar, I admit......But the Rail Joining bars are much thinner than the MFT joining bars and they are not alloy, they are galvanized steel, the same material for both sets of joining bars.

I also have the rail joining bars myself....

Hello Chris, long time.

Hope you are well?

Just after an idea of price that that set up? It looks brilliant and something that would work with my Bora Centipede table.
I'm not sure of hte dimensions just now but it is smaller that a full sheet of MDF...To have it join like that (jigsaw type) and have the holes in it would be brilliant.....

Not sure if its the kind of thing you want to put your CNC to work producing? If you did fancy it, i'd be keen to get an idea on price please.
