Cheers. I had to put a rebate in the beading instead as I was unable to find any locally. It wasn't fun doing it without a router table but I got there in the end.
I will start looking into getting one and would start my research in the next day or two.

I know it's too late but was there none in any of the Richard Burbidge moulding rack in you're area?
